My Pro purchase is missing

Open Speak It → Account & Settings → Speak It Pro, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple controls billing and entitlement history; restoring never charges you.

I have an offer or founder code

Open Speak It → Account & Settings → Speak It Pro → Redeem Code. Redemption is presented and verified by the App Store. The app does not contain hidden local unlock codes.

A referral reward has not appeared

Your friend must accept the invite, redeem the one-month App Store offer, and open Speak It so the signed transaction can be verified. Sharing, clicking, cancelling, or an ineligible redemption does not create a reward. When Apple verifies it, the reward appears under Give a month. Get a month. A cancelled reward claim can be tried again.

Voice capture is not transcribing

Check iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition and allow Speak It. Try again in a quiet room without Bluetooth, then retry with AirPods if that is your normal setup. An interrupted capture can be recovered from Capture history.

A place reminder is not firing

Speak It shows the reason on the item itself, in Today under Needs review — it never leaves a place reminder looking armed when iOS is not watching it. The usual causes: Home or Work has not been set yet (Account & Settings → Places), location access is not set to Always, or Precise Location is off. iOS also caps how many places one app may watch at a time, and a place reminder cannot fire without notification permission. A reminder that names both a place and a time is kept but not scheduled, and asks you to choose one.

Back Tap or the Action Button does not start capture

Open Speak It → Capture anywhere and follow the guide for your device. iOS requires you to choose the Speak It Capture shortcut in system Settings; an app cannot assign Back Tap or the Action Button itself.

Your library is on your iPhone, with optional private iCloud Sync. Read the full Privacy Policy. For a referral-data request, email support from the address above and include the referral code if you still have it; never send a transaction receipt or Apple Account password.
